Liquid Flow config version 1.1, app version 1.0
- Change the data type for pulse inputs from int32 to uint32.
- Add configuration parameters for rollover values for mass and volume pulse inputs.Previously the rollover was implicit in the underlying data type (int32 = 2147483647). This lets the user set the rollover value explicitly.
- Allow the zero flow cutoff for pulse inputs to be 0, effectively disbaling zero flow detection. When the cutoff is set to 0 counts, detect 0 flow when the counts are 0 for 60 seconds. Allowing the setting to be 0 prevents the flow computer from constantly entering and exiting the zero flow state when the counter inputs are updated at less than once per second.

- When using a Codesys soft PLC and the OPC-UA protocol, when a complete download or a warm restart of the Codesys program happens, tag values in the soft PLC are initialized to zero values. If a read is not occuring at exactly the same moment, the OPC-UA connection is not dropped and no errors occur, however, the 0 values are transferred from the PLC into the app.
  A fix was implemented to detect this situtation and to disconnect from the PLC so that zerotag values do not get moved into an app.

- Allow the user to configure the refresh rate when online. In previous versions this was hardcoded to 250 ms, which created a noticeable load on remote devices when there were many apps. CPU usage on the remote device can be reduced considerably when online by increasing the refresh rate.

- Update to .NET 8 from .NET 6. .NET 8 is a long term support version with numerous bug fixes, security patches and performance enhancements.
  Redeployment of the PLC Shift runtime is required to upgrade to this version. The update scripts cannot be used.
  To upgrade on non SCADAPack devices, run the remove script, deploy the new runtime files, then run the install script. To upgrade SCADAPack devices, download and install the version 3 overlay file system as described in the user manual.
  Data on the remote device, including configurations, flow computer data and log files will be deleted when the removal script runs, so make sure to take backups before upgrading.
- Update all dependencies to the latest stable versions. Newer versions incorporate many feature enhancements, security patches and bug fixes.

- Update deployment for SCADAPAck to put files onto the NAND partition at '/mnt/data/user_data' instead of in the user's home directory, which is on the SD Card. This speeds up file system operations, like unpacking the archives, considerably.

- Improve the way that tags are read from SCADApack. Aggregate reads for all apps into a single set of transactions, instead of reading each app one by one. This greatly reduces CPU usage by Redis on the SCADAPack Linux processor.
- Reduce the time before log files are deleted for SCADAPack from 14 days to 7. This results in less disk space being used for logs on SCADAPack.

- Add some logic to recover gracefully when PLC Shift Manager is running in a virtual machine and the machine is suspended. Time out the connections on the app side when this happens.
